Mail Services receives and sends all letters and packages for Â鶹´«Ã½. The mailroom forwards all letters and packages to faculty, staff, and students at the university.

Information for Residential Students
​All students can receive mail at Â鶹´«Ã½. Below is the address to use:

Residential students will be emailed when they receive letters and/or packages. Most packages fit in our SmartLockers located at Vodra Hall, but oversized packages must be picked up at Mail Services between 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
You Will Receive an Email Containing Your Package Pickup Codes
At the SmartLockers Kiosk, Touch the Screen to Start the Pickup Process and Select "Pick-up Parcel"
Enter the Pick-up PIN Code
Enter the Validation Code
Sign for the Pickup
