JERSEY CITY, N.J. | (Â鶹´«Ã½), in a partnership between the and , will offer COVID-19 PCR testing to members of the local community on Friday, April 30 from noon to 4 p.m. on campus. This event is open to the public.
This testing event will be contactless and will employ a saliva collection and PCR test to determine infection with a rapid turnaround time; results are typically emailed by the next morning.
Testing will be available on the second floor of the on campus. Free parking will be provided in the Â鶹´«Ã½ garage, located on Culver Avenue, between John F. Kennedy Blvd. and West Side Avenue.
Pre-registration is recommended by visiting . For all others, no appointment is necessary, and individuals will be offered a test on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be prepared to present a copy of your insurance card at the testing site; those without insurance will still be offered a COVID-19 test.
Proper social distancing and PPE protocols are required, as are appropriate face masks when entering all Â鶹´«Ã½ campus facilities.
