Â鶹´«Ã½ is never content to rest on its laurels. Mere moments after cutting the ribbon on a new 425-bed West Campus Village Residence Hall, school dignitaries snatched up their shovels to break ground on the University Place redevelopment project. Designed to revitalize the Â鶹´«Ã½ City West Side, University Place will include mixed-use residential buildings with shops, a supermarket, recreational facilities, on-street parking, and garages. Also planned are academic and non-academic facilities, including a new center for the performing arts.
